-There will be a public viewing at Duggans Serra Mortuary from 5-9 PM. The funeral home is located at 500 Westlake Avenue, Daly City, California 94014.
-The mortuary website (www.Duggans-Serra.com) has provided a copy of Pastor Phil’s obituary. To access it and sign the guest book, click on the “obituary” link on the left side of the screen.
-First Baptist Church Deacons will be available during this time to serve our congregation.


Tuesday, July 7, 2009
-We will gather at 10:00 AM for Pastor Phil’s funeral service. The service will be held at First Baptist Church, San Francisco located at 22 Waller Street, 94102
-Family Visitation and Viewing of the Body will be held immediately after the service, followed by a reception.
-Childcare will be available for children, ages 0-4, in the children’s wing, from 9:30 am-12:00 noon.


Parking on the Day of the Funeral
Limited parking will be available in the two parking lots adjacent to the church with entrances on Haight Street and Octavia Boulevard. Please reserve the lower lot for family and those with limited mobility.  Unfortunately we have not been able to secure additional, nearby parking at USCF, but we are working with the City in hopes that they can assist us with street parking.  We are highly encouraging those who are able to take public transportation or to carpool.


Charitable Contributions & Condolences
-Monetary love offerings for Phil’s family can be made payable and mailed to First Baptist Church of San Francisco, 22 Waller Street, San Francisco, CA 94102. Please reference “Memorial Fund” with the gift.
